MY ROLE - Design Management

In 2016, traditional felt letter boards were becoming a popular home decor and social media item. As we were developing this collection, we knew we wanted to make a letter board option that was affordable; and also develop some unique products that were not currently on the market. I art directed the home decor team of 6 designers throughout the development. Overseeing everything from letter sizes and colors to packing and photography. When the collection launched, we had 6 different sized plastic letter boards, 1 inch and 2 inch letters, trendy icons, and hand lettered words.
