Cut Paste Celebrate is now in Cricut Design Space

All of our cut files are now in Cricut Design Space

We are excited to announce that our cut files are now available in Cricut Design Space. This past month, we were accepted as a new Cricut Contributing Artist, and Curt has started uploading our SVG cut files to Cricut Design Space. Click here to view our profile: User name Cut Paste Celebrate. Once you are logged into the Cricut Design Space App you can view all of our cut files under the Images tab (as shown below).

Although this is a new adventure for us, this is not our first time working with Cricut. Did you know that in 2010, Curt was an in-house illustrator at ProvoCraft. He illustrated new content and presented innovative ideas for the Cricut Electronic Die-cutting Machine, Cuttlebug Die-cutting and Embossing Machine, and even designed the collectible Cricut Cuties!

Original collection of Cricut Cuties designed by Curt R. Jensen

Twelve years ago the only way to cut images with your Cricut was by purchasing a Cricut Cartridge. Here are a few of our favorite “Cri-CURT” Cartridges that Curt illustrated.

Team Spirit Cricut Cartridge

Curt and I were both cheerleaders in high school, so this cartridge was right up our alley. This cartridge included:

  • 50 layered icons divided between 10 different sports

  • All 50 icons saved in 1 color for vinyl

  • 50 layered school mascots that can face off with one another

  • All 50 school mascots saved in 1 color for vinyl

This cartridge was one of the first cartridges designed with vinyl users in mind.

Over the Hill Cricut Cartridge

Curt drew inspiration from Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas and Disney’s Haunted Mansion when he was designing this cartridge. This cartridge included:

  • 4 milestone birthday monograms

  • 6 layered icons

  • 2 tombstone favor boxes / place card holders

  • 6 phrases

  • 2 dimensional projects

  • Masquerade mask

  • Drink wrap

  • Gift tag

  • Banner pennant

  • Invitation & belly band

  • Cupcake topper & cupcake wrap

Most of the party items on this cartridge include an opening on them so you can personalize them with a skull or one of the 4 milestone birthday monograms.

Campin’ Critters Cricut Cartridge

This was Curt’s first “full” cartridge. The original Cricut machines had 50 keys along the top, and each key would have upwards of 14 cut files on it. That’s a grand total of 700 cut files on a full cartridge.

To fill those 700 slots, Curt included layered camping signs, and merit badges that coordinated with each of the campin’ critters!

Here is the breakdown for this cartridge:

  • 40 critter icons

  • 6 background icons

  • 50 merit badges

  • 50 signs with optional card bases

  • 2 dimensional tents

  • 1 dimensional backpack

  • 1 camp journal

You can find these “Cri-CURT” classic images, as well as our new Cut Paste Celebrate images now in Cricut Design Space. We can’t wait to see what you make with them.
